Users may experience errors booking new appointments or rescheduling appointments from the Backoffice

The issue affecting appointments scheduled outside of availability has been fully resolved. These errors were caused by an update to the disclaimer that is shown in the Backoffice when an appointment is scheduled outside of the set staff member's availability. Some users needed to reset their cache before seeing this fix in place on their account.

We are currently investigating this issue. Users may try booking new appointments through the client scheduler as a temporary workaround until an overall fix is issued.
